The murder trial of cross-dressing millionaire Robert Durst apparently will be staying in Galveston, Texas.

In return for prosecutors agreeing to allow potential jurors to be questioned individually instead of en masse, the defense apparently will drop its request for a change in venue.

Assistant DA Kurt Sistrunk filed a motion yesterday, asking that lawyers be allowed to question jurors individually.

Judge Susan Criss will rule on that motion Monday, the day she was to have ruled on the defense’s bid for change of venue.
